AT&T. appeals No, 06-17132. 06-17137. The motion for reconsideration seeking to lift the stay of appellate proceedings is granted. Appellants' April 20, 2007 motion for leave to file an opposition to appellees' proposed briefing scheduled in appeal No. 06-36083 is granted. Appellants' opposition has been filed. The Clerk shall consolidate and calendar this appeal with the appeals Hepting v. AT&T Corp. appeal No. 06-17132, and Hepting v. United States appeal No. 06-17137. The briefing schedule in appeal Nos. 06-17132 and 06-17137 remains as previously established. The following briefing schedule shall be set for appeal No. 06-36083; the opening brief and excerpts or record are due June 6, 2007, the answering brief is due July 6, 2007; and the optional reply brief is due within 14 days after service of the answering brief.
