In June 2004, the Milwaukee (along with the Charlotte) office of the EEOC brought this Title VII suit against Entronix International, Inc. in the U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota. The complaint alleged that the defendant discriminated against the claimant by discharging her in retaliation of her complaint of sexual harassment. The claimant intervened in the EEOC's suit adding a claim under the Minnesota Human Rights Act. The case settled by entry of a consent decree in December 2004.

The three year consent decree required the defendant to pay the claimant $60,000 in damages and attorney's fees, refrain from discrimination, create and disseminate an anti-discrimination and anti-harassment policy, provide training for all personnel, expunge the claimant's record, provide neutral references for the claimant, post notice, and keep records and make semi-annual reports on any complaints of gender discrimination and/or retaliation made to any manager or supervisor.

The decree was entered in 2004 and scheduled to last 2007. No further docket entries exist, so the case is closed.
