Abstract The case concerns an emergency petition for an extension of time to allow the Bucks County, PA, Board of Elections to count the Voted Absentee and Mail-in Ballots that were received during the 2020 Pennsylvania Primary Election. On May 29, 2020, the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, Middle District, issued an order transferring the matter to Pennsylvania’s Commonwealth Court, on account of expiration of the 180-day time period during which the Court had jurisdiction to adjudicate the matter under relevant law.
