Abstract On March 29 2017, the District Court for Hawaii granted a preliminary injunction effectively extending a two-week old nationwide temporary restraining order (TRO) on an Executive Order which had placed restrictions on the entry of foreign nationals. The Executive Order was the second such Order issued by U.S. President Donald J. Trump and it replaced an initial executive order that had been restrained by a Washington Court.
