The Senate has confirmed Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson for a seat on the United States Supreme Court, effective this summer. Judge Jackson served as a judge on the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia from 2013 until 2021, when she was elevated to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit.
