New Clearinghouse Case Set: Civil Rights and Sports

The Clearinghouse has added a tag to cases alleging discrimination in sports. Now, you can find all of the cases in our database challenging discrimination in sports through a single search (under case issues, for discrimination area: sports).

Tagged cases include:

Flores v. The National Football League, alleging race discrimination in NFL hiring practices.
Morgan v. U.S. Soccer Federation, alleging sex discrimination affecting pay and working conditions.
A.M. v. Indianapolis Public Schools, brought by a transgender girl seeking to play on her school's girls' softball team.
Balow v. Michigan State University, a Title IX challenge to Michigan State University's decision to eliminate its varsity swim and dive team.
