This Google Drive Folder accompanies the Clearinghouse White Paper Project: Policies for Expanding Hepatitis C Testing and Treatment in United States Prisons and Jails (here). The folder contains: (1) The recommended policies, as unfootnoted text, to facilitate copying and pasting into a document that refines them for a particular facility or system; and (2) The state department of corrections policies for HCV testing and treatment that are cited in the white paper.
