Case: USA v. El Camino Community College District

[This summary is temporary while we research the case.] This is a lawsuit in which the United States government sued the El Camino Community College District in order to compel them to supply the Office for Civil Rights with information about the general composition of the their workforce and student body, their recruiting and hiring procedures for academic and other positions, their student recruiting procedures, and their financial and academic assistance programs for students. The case was filed on December 12, 1977, in the United States District Court for the Central District of California.
