PAPERLESS ORDER: On May 23, 2025, with the input of the parties, the Court set a briefing schedule in this case. See ECF 12 . Consistent with that schedule, Petitioner filed an amended petition for writ of habeas corpus and complaint on May 25, 2025. See ECF 13 . However, as Petitioner did not include a redlined copy of the amended petition/complaint, the Clerk's Office issued a quality control notice, marking the filing as "filed in error" and providing instructions on how to correct the issue. ECF 14 . To date, a corrected copy of the amended petition/complaint has not been filed, and the document remains inaccessible. Consistent with the schedule, on June 6, 2025, Respondents filed a response to the habeas petition, and moved to dismiss or stay. ECF 15 . Petitioner's opposition to the motion to dismiss was due June 11, 2025. To date, Petitioner has not filed a response. Given that the posture of the case is unclear, the Court confirms that it will NOT hold a hearing on June 24, 2025. By Tuesday, June 24, 2025, the parties are to file a joint status report as to the status of this case. Signed by Judge Brendan Abell Hurson on 6/18/2025. (nd4s, Chambers) (Entered: 06/18/2025)
