Plaintiff is seeking judicial declarations that the E.C. Member's actions will harm Clinton voters, that the E.C. process to elect the 45th President is irreconsiblable with Plaintiff's right to equal protection, and that Plaintiff's rights supersede the interests of E.C. Members. Plaintiff also asks for an order permanently enjoining electoral college members from casting votes in a manner inconsistent with Clinton recieving more votes than Trump. Plaintiff claims his fundamental rights under the Fifth Amendment have been violated because his vote for Clinton is not counted equally to those who voted for Trump.
