Law360, New York (December 20, 2017, 6:17 PM EST) -- The U.S. Department of Homeland Security is being sued under the Freedom of Information Act for documents explaining its procedures and policies concerning expedited removal of people suspected of being undocumented immigrants, according to a complaint filed Tuesday in California federal court by a nonprofit investigative journalism group.
