After Connecticut adjusted its mail voting requirements only for the August primary, the Plaintiff brought this action for failing to allow mail voting for all residents in the upcoming November election. The Plaintiff alleges that Connecticut's narrow absentee voting requirements violate Section 2 of the Voting Rights Act.
