The District of Columbia reduced signature requirements for ballot access for every local and national office other than the office of president. Plaintiffs asserts requiring her to obtain the number of signatures required by the the original legislation (1% of registered voters or5007 signatures) in a narrow window during a pandemic violates her 1st and 14th Amendment Rights. She is requesting the ballot requirement be reduced to 150 like the other offices.
