Plaintiffs brought suit requesting an injunction on Indiana's Noon Election Day Receipt Deadline for mail-in ballots, which causes disenfranchisement of voters (thousands in the June primary); requesting that mail-in ballots postmarked on or before Election Day but received within a reasonable time after be counted.
