This brief provides an overview of DACA and who DACA recipients are and provides estimates of health coverage, work status, and income among individuals who meet eligibility criteria for DACA since there are no administrative data on these measures available for DACA recipients. It is based on analysis of data on DACA recipients from the United States Citizen and Immigration Services and analysis of individuals who are likely eligible for DACA using 2022 Current Population Survey Annual Social and Economic Supplement (CPS-ASEC) data.
