Resource: [Proposed] Order Continuing the Early Neutral Evaluation Conference

On February 16, 2024, the parties filed a joint motion regarding Defendants’ request to continue the Early Neutral Evaluation conference. The court, having considered the motion, hereby GRANTS the requested relief and ORDERS that the ENE conference now scheduled for February 28, 2024 be VACATED. Pursuant to Local Rule 16.1.c.1, the Court will issue an order scheduling an ENE conference for a date within 45 days of Defendants Newsom and Bonta filing Answers to the First Amended Complaint.
