Directing the U.S. Attorney General (AG) to pursue the death penalty for "all crimes of a severity demanding its use"; Directing the AG to pursue federal jurisdiction and seek the death penalty regardless of other factors for every federal capital crime involving (1) the murder of a law-enforcement officer, or (2) a capital crime committed by a [noncitizen] illegally present in this country; Directing the AG to re-evaluate the places of imprisonment and conditions of confinement for the 37 federal inmates whose death sentences were commuted by President Biden and "ensure that those offenders are imprisoned in conditions consistent with the monstrosity of their crimes and the threats they pose"; Directing the AG to encourage and support capital punishment in states;
