Resource: Order (United States of America v. Ghislaine Maxwell)

ORDER as to Ghislaine Maxwell: The Court directs DOJ to file, by Thursday, February 5, 2026, an update letter with respect to these matters. Insofar as this Cour's jurisdiction with respect to materials released pursuant to the EFTA is limited to the discovery materials covered by the protective order in this case, see Dkts. 820, 844, the letter should (1) quantify, with reasonable approximation, the volume of discovery covered by the protective order that was released without proper redactions; and (2) address whether all such materials have since been redacted to eliminate victim identifying information.
