Resource: Harvard and M.I.T. Are Sued Over Lack of Closed Captions

Advocates for the deaf have sued Harvard and MIT for violating anti-discrimination laws for failure to provide closed captioning on their online educational materials. While efforts have already been made to address blind students and readers, plaintiffs say the same work must be done for deaf and hard of hearing individuals.
