Testing of the new report format is expected to begin in February, and the parties expect to confer amongst themselves again later in February Plaintiffs propose a Court date during the period from approximately March 29 through April 15. While defendants believe that the most efficient communication during that period would be continued discussions among the parties, since details concerning the datahase system that is being developed will likely still be the primary focus of discussion during that period, defendants do not object to plaintiffs' proposal.
