On May 29, 2020, the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, Middle District, issued an order transferring the matter to Pennsylvania’s Commonwealth Court, on account of expiration of the 180-day time period during which the Court had jurisdiction to adjudicate the matter under relevant law.
