ORDER GRANTING 10 Petitioner's Motion for Extension of Temporary Restraining Order ("TRO") on June 27, 2025 at 10:00 am. The TRO is extended until July 8, 2025, in light of the court's bail hearing set for July 7, 2025, at 3:00 pm. The irreparable injury suffered if the motion is not granted is the likelihood that Petitioner will be removed from the District and unavailable to attend in person her bail hearing and effectively consult with her counsel during that hearing.
