Plaintiffs in this case are Diversity Visa 2025 program selectees and their beneficiaries whose diversity visa applications have been refused pursuant to Section 212(f) and/or (g) of the Immigration and Nationality Act and placed in administrative processing for two to nine months. These cases involve applications by different individuals for different visas, subject to different processes, and refused on different grounds.
