Clearwire Corp., 662 F.3d 891 (7th Cir. 2011), Plaintiff filed a protective motion for class certification 23 . The motion has not been briefed and of course is not ready for decision. Due to recordkeeping issues involving the Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts, the court asks Plaintiff to re-file his class certification motion by 3/26/2021. The re-filed motion will be deemed for all substantive purposes to have been filed on 7/23/2020, and this case will remain a putative class action.
