This case challenged the constitutionality of the continued detention of a noncitizen without a bond hearing under a provision of the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA) requiring the detention of certain applicants for admission. On appeal, it was consolidated with Sosnava Rodriguez v. Ortega (1:26-cv-00273) and Angel v. Mullins (1:26-cv-00384).
