Thanks to an ongoing collaboration with the National Disability Rights Network, the Clearinghouse has recently expanded our coverage of cases brought by state protection and advocacy (P&A) systems. The hundreds of cases in that collection are available here.  Recent additions to the collection include a case challenging the expulsions of IDEA-eligible students in Ohio, a case defining the contours of P&A record access in Idaho, and a case seeking to end the unnecessarily institutionalization of Medicaid-eligible young people in North Carolina. To find P&A cases in the Clearinghouse, look for the "NDRN/Protection & Advocacy Organizations" tag in the plaintiffs' attorney organization field.
