New Clearinghouse Case Category: Labor Rights

The Clearinghouse has begun to build our collection of labor rights cases.  Access the existing collection under the "Labor Rights" case type here. Labor issues include: trafficking and other forced labor cases, organizing cases, minimum wage type cases, and the like. (Note that this is not a comprehensive source for class actions under the Fair Labor Standards Act.)
