The Brennan Center collected federal cases related to the 2020 census. The cases challenge attempts to add a citizenship question to the census, and allege insufficient funding budgeted for the Bureau's basic operations, inadequate preparation for the census, and potential politicization of the count. In addition to collecting the cases, the Brennan Center also provides analysis through a series of articles.
