Resource: Full Document Archive for Gautreaux v. CHA/Gautreaux v. HUD

This google folder archives nearly the complete litigation record of the Gautreaux lawsuit, which proceeded against the Chicago Housing Authority and the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (for a few years separately, and then in a consolidated lawsuit). The documents in it were provided by the nonprofit advocacy organization, BPI, which represented the plaintiffs throughout the extraordinarily long history of this case.
