Purporting to impose federal election rules on states, including but not limited to, requiring documentary proof of citizenship on the federal voter registration form, declaring a uniform ballot receipt deadline of Election Day for all methods of voting, and threatening to withhold federal funds from states that do not comply with the Executive Order.
