[This summary is temporary while we research the case.] This is a class action lawsuit in which the plaintiffs, present and former employees of the Lawrence Berkeley Laboratory, alleged that the laboratory tested their blood and urine for private medical and genetic information without their knowledge or consent. It was filed on September 13, 1995, in the United States District Court for the Northern District of California.
