For reasons stated on the record and herein, the Court denies Defendants motion to dismiss under Rule 12(b)(3) and transfer under 28 U.S.C. § 1404. Venue is proper in this district under 28 U.S.C. § 1391(b)(2) because Airbnb allegedly implemented the policy decision at issue from here.
