ORDER denying 11 Motion for Preliminary Injunction - The Pride Center seeks a preliminary injunction that would require ISU to reinstate work-study funding for the Pride Center's student employees. The Pride Center is not likely to be able to show that ISU discriminated against it because of the Pride Center's viewpoint supporting LGBTQ+ people.
