Case Summary

(This summary is temporary while we research the case further). In July, 2022, members of Patriot Front participated in a "flash march" in Boston; several members of the group allegedly beat an unarmed Black man who was walking to the public library. On August 8, 2023, that man sued Patriot Front, its leader, and his attackers in federal court. The plaintiff brought § 1985 and tort claims.
