In accordance with the attached Order, upon consideration of the defendants' 5 Combined Motion to Consolidate and to Extend Answer Deadline it is hereby ORDERED that the motion is GRANTED IN PART AND DENIED IN PART. Specifically, the motion is GRANTED to the extent it seeks to CONSOLIDATE District of Columbia v. The United States Department of Housing and Urban Development et al., Civil Action No. 26-2636 with Total Fright Productions, LLC et al. v. Turner et al., Civil Action No. 26-2304 and to the extent is seeks to extend the deadline for defendants to file their answer. MINUTE ORDER: Upon consideration of the defendants' 9 Motion for Clarification and Reconsideration it is hereby ORDERED that the motion is GRANTED. It is further ORDERED that all future filings in the consolidated matter related to Total Fright Productions, LLC, et al. v. Turner, et al., and District of Columbia v. HUD, et al. be filed under Civil Action No. 26-2304. It is further ORDERED that the defendants shall file their responsive consolidated pleading to all allegations set forth in both complaints, on or before, September 28, 2026.
