TEXT-ONLY: On August 30, 2024, plaintiffs filed a motion for sanctions related to depositions and other discovery issues. (ECF No. 49). On September 11, 2024, the Court held a telephonic status conference with counsel regarding the motion and regarding the Court's expectations as to how the limited remaining discovery shall be completed in this case. Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED that plaintiffs' motion (ECF No. 49) is DENIED. However, the parties agreed, and IT IS ORDERED that the remaining depositions in this case shall be completed on September 18th, 19th, and 20th. Plaintiffs shall provide a court reporter for the depositions and shall attempt to arrange for a videographer, the videographer to be paid for by the defense. If plaintiffs cannot secure a videographer, their counsel shall promptly notify defense counsel, and defendants may arrange for a videographer, again, at the defense's expense. The depositions shall be conducted professionally by all counsel, with clear, non-argumentative questions, and without speaking objections by the other side.
