Stating that the Acting Secretary of the United States Department of Homeland Security was rescinding two directives in place under the Biden administration: (1) Rescinding the guidelines restricting the actions that Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) and Customs and Border Protection (CBP) could take in “sensitive” areas; (2) Returning humanitarian parole and to a case-by-case basis.
