Resource: Statement from a DHS Spokesperson on Directives Expanding Law Enforcement and Ending the Abuse of Humanitarian Parole

Stating that the Acting Secretary of the United States Department of Homeland Security was rescinding two directives in place under the Biden administration: (1) Rescinding the guidelines restricting the actions that Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) and Customs and Border Protection (CBP) could take in “sensitive” areas; (2) Returning humanitarian parole and to a case-by-case basis.
