Case Summary

(This summary is temporary, while we research the case.) This is a class action lawsuit brought by low-income residents of the metropolitan area of Toledo, Ohio against the Toledo Metropolitan Housing Authority. The plaintiffs alleged that Toledo engaged in racially discriminatory conduct in the provision and location of low-income housing and sought to enjoin Toledo from engaging in such discriminatory behavior.
