Accordingly, the Court requests that the parties consider entering into a stipulation in this case that would obviate the need for the parties to address the premature motion for class certification at this time, while also addressing the concerns raised in Damasco. An example of such a stipulation can be found at Hayden v. Fresh Express, Inc., Case No. 12 C 1583, Dock. No. 18. If the parties enter into the stipulation, Plaintiff will be granted leave to refile the motion on 4/19/13 along with the brief in support.
