Hodges, 135 S. Ct. 2584 (2015). A permanent injunction is hereby entered prohibi ting the enforcement of Section 29 of the Nebraska Constitution. A separate order is filed in conjunction with this memorandum and order; Effective immediately, IT IS ORDERED that all relevant state officials shall treat same-sex couples the same as different-sex couples in the context of processing a marriage license or determining the rights, protections, obligations or benefits of marriage; The Court will retain jurisdiction over the enforcement of the permanent injunction and issues related to this lawsuit for a period of at least three years.
