William Norkunas has filed an objection to a class action settlement which requires the City of Boston to install or remediate an average of 1,630 curb ramps per year until a compliant curb ramp is present at every required location in the Citys pedestrian right of way. The class action is brought on behalf of individuals with mobility disabilities who live in, work in, or visit Boston. See Dkt #11. As filed, the objection does not comply with Fed. R. Civ. P. 23. Under section 23(e)(5), [a]ny class member may object to the proposal if it requires court approval under this subdivision (e). The objection must state whether it applies only to the objector, to a specific subset of the class, or to the entire class, and also state with specificity the grounds for the objection.
