MINUTES (Text Only) for MOTION HEARING before Magistrate Judge Sean C. Riordan held on 9/26/2024 re Plaintiffs' 73 Motion to Exclude Defendants' Expert Disclosures. Plaintiff's counsel, EmilyRose Johns, present. Defense counsel, Sean Richmond, present. As discussed during the hearing, as a partial remedy for the defendants' violation of Rule 26(a)(2) and for good cause, the Court sets October 18, 2024 as the amended deadline for the plaintiffs' disclosure of rebuttal experts. The Court also grants the plaintiffs until October 29, 2024 to file an opposition to any dispositive motion filed by the defendants, in order to allow the plaintiffs time to conduct work concerning potential rebuttal experts prior to preparing their opposition. Per Local Rule 230(d), any reply brief by the defendants would be due on November 8, 2024. The deadline for the filing of dispositive motions remains September 27, 2024.
