ORDER ON MOTION TO STAY AND BRIEFING ORDER ON PLAINTIFFS' MOTION FOR CLASS CERTIFICATION: It is ORDERED: (1) That the motion (Doc. 47 ) is GRANTED. 2) That the stay of proceedings between Plaintiffs and Defendant City of Montgomery is EXTENDED to and including 9/16/2020; 3) That Plaintiffs and the City shall file a joint status update regarding their views on how the case should proceed on or before 9/16/2020.
