MINUTE ORDER: The Court is in receipt of counsel Dakin-Grimm's second 26 Notice of Appearance. The Court construes the 26 Notice to be responsive to the Court's October 26, 2022 minute order directing counsel Dakin-Grimm to substantiate representations made to Attorney Admissions. The Court explained that, pursuant to LCvR 65.1(d), "a hearing on an application for a preliminary injunction shall be set by the Court no later than 21 days after its filing, unless the Court earlier decides the motion on the papers or makes a finding that a later hearing date will not prejudice the parties."
