On January 18, 2017, the plaintiff filed this lawsuit in U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida. The plaintiff sued President Barack Hussein Obama and the Florida Democratic Party under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, Section 2000e, § 107 (a) of the American with Disabilities Act, and the Fourteenth Amendment. Represented Pro Se, the plaintiff sought $1,000,000.00 for damages. They claimed that the defendant the Democratic Party violated plaintiff's right to vote by faking his voting registration, because plaintiff was requested to register to vote for the first time in 23 years by the defendant Florida Democratic Party. The case was assigned to Judge Darrin P. Gayles. 

The case was dismissed January 31, 2017. The court that the plaintiff did not establish why the two named defendants should be held legally responsible for the plaintiff’s individual actions. The plaintiff also did not explain how the complained of actions violate the law and the plaintiff failed to sufficiently assert the Court’s jurisdiction. As of January 31, 2017, the motion for leave to proceed was denied, and the complaint was dismissed without prejudice.
