IT IS GRANTED to the extent that Plaintiff's request to quash Defendant JPSB's subpoena as to for J.H.'s medical records in Athlos Academy's possession is GRANTED.IT IS DENIED to the extent that Plaintiff's request to quash Defendant JPSBs subpoena as to J.H.'s attendance records, grades, disciplinary records, and any records of special education or evaluations in Athlos Academy's possession is DENIED. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Athlos Academy shall produce the requested documents no later than fourteen (14) days from the signing of this order IT IS FURTHER ORDERED Defendant JPSB's request for attorneys' fees is GRANTED. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that upon issue of this Order, Defendant JPSB shall file a motion to set reasonable attorneys' fees and costs no later than fourteen (14) days from issue of this Order, and any opposition to the motion shall be filed no later than seven (7) days from the filing of the motion.
