PAPERLESS ORDER striking (DE 74 ) Defendant's Unopposed Motion for Extension of Time to Respond to Plaintiff's Discovery Requests. The motion violates the Court's Discovery Procedures Order (DE 28 ) and the District Court's Scheduling Order (DE 27 ), which both state that written discovery motions should not be filed without consent from the Court. Moreover, the District Court's Scheduling Order permits the parties to agree (as they apparently have) to a reasonable extension to respond to discovery without seeking Court intervention as long as that extension does not interfere with other deadlines in the Scheduling Order.
