Case Summary

Represented by its own counsel, American Oversight sought injunctive relief ordering ICE to search for and produce non-exempt records of its enforcement policies, internal communications, and decision-making; injunctive relief preventing further withholding of non-exempt records; and attorneys’ fees and costs. District Judge Rudolph Contreras was assigned to the case.
