MINUTE ORDER: The government has moved to consolidate Texas Environmental Justice Advocacy Services v. Trump, No. 25-cv-3745; Greater Birmingham Alliance to Stop Pollution v. Trump, No. 25-cv-4469; Cleanaire NC v. Trump, No. 26-cv-233; and Minnesota Center for Environmental Advocacy v. Trump, No. 26-cv-287, with the first case designated as the lead case and the latter three held in abeyance. Plaintiffs in these four cases are directed to file any opposition to the government's motion for consolidation on the lead case docket by March 6, 2026. In the meantime, the briefing schedule already set in Texas Environmental Justice Advocacy Services will continue apace, but all dispositive briefing deadlines in the remaining three cases are stayed until further notice pending the Court's decision on the government's motion to consolidate.
