Case Summary

This summary is temporary while we research the case.

This case is about a protestor who allegedly participated in a coordinated demonstration outside a Los Angeles business where federal agents were executing a criminal search warrant. He allegedly helped organize the crowd, directed protestors to block the entrance and prevent law enforcement vehicles from entering, and refused to move when a federal vehicle attempted to enter the premises, resulting in his arrest and a charge of conspiracy to impede an officer under 18 U.S.C. § 372.
